Regarding purchases made at Signal Hill, the resources you purchase are delivered electronically. As such, you cannot return a PDF, video files, and other printable material after its been downloaded. For this reason, all digital resources sold on Signal Hill are considered final and non-refundable.
On a limited, case-by-case basis, however, some refunds are permitted. The specific circumstances where refunds are permitted:
- Compromised Resource File - A resource file is damaged and inaccessible.
- Accidental duplicate Purchase— You purchased the same resource twice by accident in the same calendar day.
If your purchase falls into one of these categories, you can submit a refund request by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to include in your request: the resource name and your concerns, along with any specific examples or details you might have. Please include, if any, screenshots.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
