Exploring My Identity - Lesson Plan Bundle (4 Lesson Plans)

Knowing who we are helps us live up to our true selves. In this unit, students will get to explore their unique identity by identifying who they are, what they value, and what they’re good at, while learning that they are valuable just as they are.

Grade Level: 3-5

• Identify how they can use their gifts and talents to help others
• Recognize that being themselves is important.
• Identify reasons why being authentic can be challenging.
