Every life is valuable. In this lesson students will explore what it means to be alive and learn what they can do to respect life, including caring for people and other living things on earth.

It is expected that students will:

• Recognize the value of people and other living things
• Identify examples of disrespectful behaviour and possible solutions to promote kindness
• Demonstrate an understanding of what it means to respect others
