Eating and body image disorders are on the rise. In this lesson, students will be educated on what these disorders are and how to avoid them. Students will be encouraged to pursue health instead of these unhealthy disorders.

Learning Outcomes:

It is expected that students will:

  • Recognize what eating and body image disorders are. 
  • Identify and explore ways to avoid these eating and body image disorders. 
  • Demonstrate an understanding of how to pursue health instead of disordered thinking and eating.
