- Identify ways that they enjoy moving their body.
- Demonstrate the value of taking care of their body so it feels good.
- Recognize that their body has sensations that let them know what it needs.
- Identify the types of sensations that they should be looking for in order to take care of their bodies.
- Demonstrate the ability to recognize their body's sensations and what to do to meet its needs
- Recognize that they need to take care of their bodies in order for them to stay healthy.
- Identify ways that they can take care of their bodies.
- Demonstrate an understanding of what can happen when their bodies aren’t cared for properly.
