Learning outcomes:
It is expected that students will:
- Recognize anxiety as a natural and healthy response to threat.
- Understand the difference between real threats and perceived threats and why the line between these is so blurry sometimes.
- Learn about the different ways that anxiety reveals itself both in our bodies and in our minds.

- Warm-up, Core Lesson, and Reinforcement Activities
- Reflection and discussion questions such as:
