So many people in our world are neglected, forgotten, and unseen - it’s time we started paying attention to them. In this episode, we explore what it means to step outside of ourselves and learn to value the unseen people in our world.

  • Look beyond themselves and their immediate surroundings to some of the larger issues people are facing in our world.
  • Recognize ignorance and choose to deepen their limited perspective.
  • Realize that the everyday choices we make have a significant impact on other people’s lives, whether we’re aware of it or not.

  • “Paying Attention” worksheet (Printable)
  • Warm-up, Core Lesson, and Reinforcement Activities
  • Reflection and discussion questions such as:
    • Who are the people in our world who are unseen, neglected, and forgotten?
    • What do you think it means to look beyond ourselves? Do you feel like this is something that people avoid? If so, why?
