We live in a time when anyone can post anything on the internet, regardless of it being factually accurate or trustworthy information. This lesson will introduce students to the idea of media literacy and teach them how to assess whether or not certain online information can be trusted.

• Recognize that they can not trust everything they read on the internet.
• Identify ways they can know if a website is trustworthy or not.
• Demonstrate the ability to assess a website's trustworthiness
