All of us experience big feelings inside us and all around us. In this lesson, students will learn why being aware of how our feelings affect and are affected by those around us is important and also discuss how we can all help each other navigate our big feelings.

Lesson Duration: 35 min + Optional Extension Activity (15 min)

Learning Outcomes:

It is expected that students will:

  • Recognize that their feelings affect other people.
  • Identify ways that their feelings affect other people.
  • Demonstrate ways of helping each other through big feelings
