Humility is an often misunderstood and underrated practice, but it is becoming more and more recognized as one of the most important characteristics of a good leader. In this episode, we learn what it means to be humble by looking into the misconceptions about humility, and highlighting some of the ways leaders and their followers can benefit from it.

  • Be able to identify their strengths and pinpoint opportunities for growth.

    • What is the difference between confidence and arrogance? How can someone be both humble and confident at the same time?
