Lesson Plan 3: What Are My Special Talents?

All of us have special gifts to offer the world. In this lesson students will be able to identify and appreciate their unique strengths and talents, as well as celebrate and know the importance of the different talents others bring to the table.

Lesson Duration: 30 min

Learning Outcomes:

• Recognize that everyone is different but equally valuable.
• Identify their own talents and things they feel they are especially good at.
• Demonstrate an understanding of why having different talents is important.

• 1 or 2 large pieces of paper (large poster board size)
• Pencil crayons or markers
• Scissors
