Everyone can be a leader, but not everyone should be. Leadership is a tremendous responsibility and, in this episode, we talk about why not everyone should step into it.

Learning Outcomes:
It is expected that students will:
- View leadership as a serious responsibility that is rooted in serving others.
- Analyze whether or not they are ready to accept the responsibility of leadership.
- Challenge the idea that leadership is primarily about power
Lesson includes:
- 3 minute workshop video and corresponding Follow Along Sheet (printable)
- Warm-up, Core Lesson, and Reinforcement Activities
- Reflection and discussion questions such as:
- Do you agree that a person’s influence must, overall, be considered morally positive for them to be considered a leader?
- What happens when someone chooses to take all the rights of leadership but rejects all of the responsibilities that come with it?
